Membership:

Main terms of reference:
- To maintain a watching brief on all issues which may be of concern to Faculty academic and operational activity.
- To undertake preliminary review of issues and ensure these are appropriately identified for discussion and decision at Faculty Board.
- To develop and agree the agenda for each Faculty Board and Principal’s Advisory Group meeting.
- To review and approve all Faculty academic appointments prior to College and Trust recruitment processes (such reviews to be undertaken on a monthly basis).
- To review and approve all proposed nominations and recruitment panel recommendations for appointments (liaising as necessary with College Deans) prior to appointment offers being made.
- To review and approve the financial business case for the establishment of new courses which are to be undertaken (either wholly or in part) utilising FoM Staff or resource.
